Notes pinned to the exact second

Pause a video or audio file and add a note. It is saved with the time, and clicking it jumps straight back to that moment. No more “around the middle, after the logo”.

Do reviewers need Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator?
No. ProofNow turns Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign files into previews that open in any browser, so clients and colleagues can review them without Adobe software.
Which file types can we review?
Images such as JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG, TIFF and HEIC, Photoshop, Illustrator, EPS and InDesign files, PDFs, Word and PowerPoint documents, fonts, text and subtitle files, and video and audio such as MP4, MOV, MXF, MP3 and WAV. RAW photos, Excel, Premiere and After Effects projects, Sketch files and ZIP archives can be attached and approved, and reviewers download them to open.
Can we comment on a video at a specific moment?
Yes. Pause the video or audio and add a note. It is saved with the exact time, and clicking it jumps the player back to that moment.
Can reviewers suggest text changes?
Yes. Select words on a PDF or document and highlight them, cross them out, or suggest new text. ProofNow also reads the text in images and design files, so the same marks work there.
Can we see what changed between versions?
Yes. Put two versions side by side, fade one over the other, or let ProofNow highlight every changed pixel. You can also ask AI to explain the changes in plain words.
Can one proof contain several files?
Yes. Add a whole set, such as a video and its social images, to one proof. Reviewers move between the files and comment on each one.
